TITLE OF THE POSITION : Claims adjuster

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION :
The main objective is to offer a good clientele-service to the insurants, for personal and commercial services.

TASKS AND BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Investigating claims ;
• Examining claim and other records to determine insurance coverage ;
• Interviewing and corresponding with insurants;
• Proceeding to data entry;
• Proceeding to the follow-up of claims files ;
• Complete different other tasks given by the supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Completed College Diploma;
• AMF Completed – Claims adjustment
• Experience of a three (3) years in a same position;
• Being cooperative and courteous when dealing with co-workers and clients;
• Being at ease working with different software programs and using them efficiently;
• Good knowledge of the business language, English and French grammars as well as common business procedures;
• Autonomy.
